What if I need to cancel my evaluation?

You can reschedule at no charge if you call 5 business days in advance. Otherwise there will be an additional charge.

You can reschedule at no charge if you call 5 business days in advance.

What if I am running late?

The state views tardiness as grounds for dismissal and you will be condisered as a "no-show". Rescheduling fees will apply.

When do I get my license back?

Please contact the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (DHSMV) hearing office at 850-494-5728, or your local Driver's License Office for that information.

What if I have recently received a DUI from another state?

If you are currently residing in Florida, you may satisfy your requirements here. We will assist you with expediting paperwork whenever possible.

Can I attend your program if I live outside of the 14th Judicial Circuit?

YES! We can assist you with this.

If I miss my class or evaluation, what do I do?

Contact our office as soon as possible to reschedule.
